The Group Tours operate throughout the year and can be adapted to requirements.
A Group is 17 or more persons to take advantage of the 'group rate' - however:...... Worry not if you have a smaller group as we should be able to provide a guide for the tour and date/time of your choosing.
The popular tour is of the Cathedral Quarterand this can include tours inside the Cathedral and Castle (entrance fees payable)
Your Green Badge Guide is also a qualified volunteer Cathedral and Castle guide and there is no additional charge for these tours if combined with another group tour.
Tea and biscuits on arrival can be arranged.
ROMAN LINCOLN
This tour concentrates on Lincoln's rich Roman heritage and the visible Roman ruins.
The tour is based on the uphill area and can be combined with a visit to The Collection which is Lincolnshires Art and Archaeology Museum and a must see on any visit.
Jewish Heritage Tour
In medieval times Lincoln had the second largest Jewish community in the land and there are still buildings remaining indicating the wealth of some of the Jews.
Your official Jewish Heritage Guide takes you on the tour which starts uphill and includes a visit to our Cathedral (entrance fee) and descends the Steep Hill for a visit to the archaeology museum The Collection (free entrance) and ends outside the medieval Jews House.
Lower Lincoln

A walk along the river brings you to the Waterfront – The Brayford Pool – to reveal Lincoln’s industrial past and Lincoln’s future – The University of Lincoln.
A visit to the Tudor Guildhall for a tour of the Council Chamber and a viewing of the City Insignia, including the King Richard II Sword can be arranged (entrance fee)
The Arboretum
Lincoln’s Arboretum has been renovated and this tour takes you around a peaceful luxuriant open space and recounts the history of “The Arbo” and the area with the identification of the odd tree thrown in.
Georgian Tour
An uphill area tour looking at Lincoln during the time of the two famous domiciled artists, William Hilton R.A. and Peter DeWint.
